Tim and Alyce were meant to be married on the sands of South One mile Beach but relentless showers of rain and a huge cyclone swells meant plan B was to come into action and their ceremony was performed under the roof of the surf club by Wendy Ballard. It was still a great day and the bridal party didn’t let the adverse weather get them down and a great time was had by all. As the couple were introduced to their guests at the start of reception Tim picked up Alyce, carried her into reception did a twirl and planted a kiss on his new bride and the crowd went wild.
Then ever so briefly the rain stopped so we ran down to the beach got a few photos then literally ran back for shelter as another shower moved in but at least we got a few beach shots.
